Took me like 45 minutes and my hand started cramping halfway through lol. I let the oven goo sit on it for like 2-3 minutes before scraping, and put it on right after the oven was done cooling, and then went ham on it. I got most of the stuff off of it besides the big black blob, then took the edge of our scraper and dug the point straight into the hard crusted stuff to get places I could start chipping away at. another trick is to run the scraper horizontal across the crusted stuff instead of tackling it head on.

My manager lets us use the cleaner in the purple bottle. I don’t think you’re supposed to, but IDK this is what we do at my store.

The old cleaner pills for the espresso machines work, the smaller chunky ones. They get all the stuff off.

Lol it’s the oven cleaner scraped up. It’s that color bc of all the burnt crap that we’ve scraped off of the metal plate.

I literally just bring easy off. I don't spray the inside of the oven with it because it's really bad for the filters but for the tray absolutely cause ain't no body got time for that at my store
