As a shift, whenever someone tries this with me, I ask then for the location so I can "report" them for not following standards, and they get so flustered. It's great.

I’m a former partner in the process of getting rehired…years ago my store did this if customers requested, usually because they wanted to warm their sandwich later.

lunch sandwiches are okay! But for the break fast sandwiches that are in the fridge below the ovens, they definitely can not be sold unwarmed as it’s against policy for quality concerns. No worried though you didn’t know :(

Yikes…I hope I’m not the only one that didn’t know this. I feel so bad for possibly causing issues to other stores by doing this to appease customers. I truly had no idea I was doing anything wrong. At least now I know. Thank you!!

There was someone that ordered a custom frap with extra ice and extra strawberry inclusions and asked for it in a trenta cup with the “leftover” in a tall cup. Then tried to say another starbucks “does it all the time”.
This drink was the opposite of standard and I just kinda said no a lot of times lol they came once or twice again but i haven’t seen them since lmao
