So twice now over the course of a couple months our new cold brewers have started dumping with about 15 or so hours left on the timer. Both times its only dumped into the back cube causing a cold brew flood. Does anyone know what would cause this?

We have had the same issues. We actually have one that just keeps dumping no matter how many times we reset it. Called them in and was told to just order new ones. We went back to the old toddy’s
