Interim ASM kinda really sucks (self.starbucksbaristas)

So My stores SM is currently on temporary leave and because of that we ended up getting an interim ASM for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to look over the store and do the scheduling. The thing is when the ASM started at our store They already began rubbing partners the wrong way, and even thought they are only here for a short time they already started moving things around the store like if they where gonna permanently be the SM. the store dose have someone else coming to replace them.
I was just wondering if any partners have had new management come in and start doing things with out other partners input, how did all of you deal with this.

My SM went on a LOA recently for over a month and our temp SM wasn’t liked by anyone in our store. We basically all supported each other through it and tried to remember that it wasn’t permanent.
Not recommending this, but we also rebelled a little here and there to show that we couldn’t just be pushed around. One partner got written up, but nothing crazy. Good luck!!❤️

Reach out to your DM. As an sm who took an loa a couple of years ago it’s heartbreaking to hear when your store goes through it in your absence. Let the DM know how you guys are feeling and maybe they can tell the ASM not to change everything and just be there for the partners?
