It depends for me honestly. Some people aren’t comfortable getting close. Or moving other drinks to find their mobiles. So I don’t mind if people ask me if it’s made. Or get me to find it for them.
Just really depends on their tone of voice. If they ask nicely, no issue. If they use a nasty tone then it gets on my nerves.

It bugs me if it’s the only drink there’s but if there is 18 I can understand because the customers feel awkward picking up other peoples drinks to be able to read the sticker.

I'm mixed on this, but what I really can't stand are the ones who come in when there's already a crowded cafe, a DT line to the damn street, and they practically demand to know where their order is. We're clearly slammed and someone (usually the support person) has to stop and flip through all the orders that keep updating every other second to find a name, and guess what? The stickers haven't even been pulled yet because we're flooded with multiple-drink orders with who-knows how many modifications on each drink.
And the best bit? The support barista will ask when the person placed the order and they say 10 minutes ago. I just want to tell them to look around then ask how many others placed orders 10 minutes ago. I don't know. Maybe I'm being petty but for crying out loud, people. Don't expect us to push your order to the front of the line just because you're getting huffy.
On the reverse side are the ones whose orders we get done fairly quickly, mark it off on the DPM(?) then they don't show up for almost an hour, and we end up having to remake it because it got cold, watery, or separated. Okay, I think I'm done now.

or if they wait for fifteen minutes before asking about the order they placed and it’s been sitting there since?
