Your corrective actions never go away. This is a myth. If your sm were to call the prsc over a violation that just happened they would ask about ALL of your corrective actions no matter how old they are and all of that would be taken into account

I opened up this store and was part of the original team. We had to switch managers cause the last one got fired and everything went to shit. All the old crew either quit or got fired. She hates people who confront her for her bullshit so she tries to find any reason to get us fired. ☹️

so a shift reporting this alone wouldn’t get you fired. they must have talked to your friend and got them to put it down in writing which lead to the separation.

I got fired for jokingly swatting my friends butt (we were behind bar and it was tight and I was just trying to shoo her out of the way and got her butt). we were super close so she made like sound and I was like “ik you like it” and then a shift heard (who was kinda jelly of our friendship) and talked my friend into bringing it up to our ASM about how it’s not exactly appropriate for the workplace. SM was on vacation, ASM was new and training so brought it up to DM. once it was on paper they had no choice but to fire me because of strict starbucks policies. my SM tried to fight corporate about it because she knows how girl friends are but it was out of her hands. she gave me a glowing recommendation and assured me to reapply in like six months. I ended up getting rehired at a diff starbucks down the road. you can deff get rehired tho.
