Do write ups reset? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I know you can get fired after three write ups and I have 2 but I’ve also been a partner for 2 years so it’s not that bad considering how long it’s been. Do they reset after a certain amount of time or do they stick for as long as you’re employed?

Depending on the severity of the offense, you could be fired for something like sexual harassment or swearing on the floor in front of customers. Best bet is to keep your nose clean. Don’t plan on getting any more write ups and you’ll be good. Read up on the policies or partner resources manual or the ethics and compliance manual if you’re worried about anything.

The only reason I’m worried about is being late or calling out 😭 my manager is notorious for giving out write ups for time and attendance, which I get. But still. And I’m RARELY ever late and rarely call out, but i’m an opener so the risk is there
