My store is trying to bring our customer connection score up!
We heard there’s a survey on the mobile order app after they scan? Or that it pops up in their email? Is this true?
I can’t seem to find the survey and I don’t want to tell anyone about it, unless I can navigate them to it.

They get sent to people randomly after they pay with their Starbucks app. Mobiles and regular transactions apply. The items are scored 1-7 and essentially it doesn’t count unless you get a 7 in the category “my barista tried to get to know me” 😂 but there are other categories such as taste, speed of service, quality of beverage/food, cleanliness of cafe, etc. Get those 7’s!

So I’ve gotten these before as I mobile ordered, it has a comment section that also allows you to fill in misc info. My store was consistently “baristas are rude, drinks taste like shit, everyone on their phones” ect.
I try to find repeated issues (quality, barista attitudes, phones…) and address those.
There are times when baristas are FaceTiming with their friends while making drinks…really wish I could just drop that phone into door two and call it a day.

Yup. To be fair, they’re borrowed partners from my old store (which is why I left my old store)
