Some kind of music festival. The guy picking up said that his caterers never showed up!! I felt so bad but he seemed to be handling it pretty well. He said “it’s not my money, I don’t care” 😂😂😂

Think of it like a to-go urn of coffee. In the US and Canada it's super popular for small meetings and other types of gatherings since everyone's so business/corporate-oriented. We usually have to provide cups on the side with stir sticks, as well as a cup of cream and sugars/sweeteners.

A cambro holds several travelers' worth of coffee. They're made of plastic and are insulated to keep the coffee hot longer. Every location should have at least 2, sometimes of two different sizes, and they need to be returned by the customers as opposed to being easily disposed of like a typical traveler

When people would call for last minute travelers I would quote them an astronomical wait time in the hopes they would move on. Because 1) I didn’t have time or staffing for it and 2) Learn to give a proper notice.
