Trainers! What important info do you feel would be helpful to share? My store is uh… disorganized to put it nicely. I was scheduled to do trainer training and it won’t show up in my mylearning. So anything helps honestly.

even if you can’t access the modules in mylearning, you can look at the training/activity guides on the iPad in store resources > train a barista!

She did. And it wasn’t showing up at all, had to call help desk and waited over an hour before it finally showed up
