That's actually a good idea. I have a friend who makes cursed icecream sometimes. They made one they saw on TikTok that was blue cheese icecream with a hot honey swirl (idr if it was siracha but it might have been). Shit slapped hard.

I’ll have to try that next time and see. I used to have a habanero sauce for topping ice cream. It was pretty good. Strange sensation with the cool sweet ice cream mixing with the spice from the sauce. Was pretty good tho.

Yeah that’s good. Still it would be hard to clean food from the underside of the blade without disassembling it. I find “cleaned” tongs with food residue stuck on them all the time, so the hobart might not be up to the job here.
