Does anyone use their Lyra benefits for therapy? If so, I was wondering if anyone knows if our Lyra benefit ends the day we stop working? (I’ve put in my resignation letter already) Or is there some sort of forgiving extension where they still provide it for x amount of time?

Lyra is pretty great actually, you keep it for 18 *months* after you leave the company. (source: the benefits plan description, which you can search on partner hub)

In addition to /u/Ristrettooo’s comment, not only does it stay for 18 months after but it will also refresh in October (when the fiscal year ends/starts) so you’ll continue to get those sessions, too.
