Why doesn’t my partner discount work in pick-up only stores? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I live on a college campus and we have a pick up only store near me, however every time I order my discount will not work. At any other store it works when I mobile order. It seems to be a corporate store as well, but maybe pick-up stores are different? I’m not complaining i’m just curious😭

Ask if it’s a licensed store that’s the only reason it would not work

If it's on the college campus, it likely is a licensed store.

yeah it’s odd because we have 2 other stores on our campus that are cafe stores and my discount works there, so it must be.
