I’m a closing SSV and most of my work dreams are nightmares .

Forgot the alarm
Forgot to close safe
Lost till keys
Forgot to pill machines
Left freezer open a crack
Left iPod in freezer

Also, after a busy day, I’ll hear random sounds like the oven, the safe, the DT beep.. but mostly the oven.

i had a dream there was a starbucks on campus and i was the ssv and they kept
making drinks wrong and it was stressed out and then my professor came in and gave me a quiz on last classes material but i missed class because the starbucks caught in fire and i was in charge of it so he was giving me a verbal quiz while i was making a mocha and i failed and he drank the mocha and changed my grade to a B and then the store caught fire again and i was the sole survivor

The most wildest and confusing Starbucks dream that I’ve ever had (which I would consider a nightmare if this came to be irl) was a man that walked into our cafe with one of the 8qt cube containers and asked if we could make him enough Frappuccinos of any kind to fit into that container and then top off with a mountain top of whipped cream, including every drizzle and toppings we had on it.

I fearfully asked, “..How many Frappuccinos would you think you need?” And he replied, “Probably about 200, please!” He stated with excitement, lol. I glance to my Shift Supervisor and ask if we can or should even do this and she tells me she’s just as puzzled. We go ahead and begin whipping all types of Frappuccinos for his damn 8qt cube and finally when we’re finished, he thanks us and plops right at one of our long tables.

Dude starts bringing in recording equipment, a computer, cameras, light stand, etc. Looks straight into the camera holding the cube and exclaims in the most loudest and cheerful tone, “TODAY I’M DRINKING THE BIGGEST STARBUCKS FRAPPUCCINO TO EVER EXIST- ***blah blah blah blah blah*** BEFORE WE GET STARTED MAKE SURE TO SUBSCRIBE AND HIT THE BELL NOTIFICATION; I’LL BE GIVING AWAY $50,000 DOLLARS- ***blah blah blah***.”

The other night I had a dream where I was trying to make a complicated drink but I couldn't see anything. I realized my eyes had been sewn shut, specifically by an old guy in the corner of the Cafe, so I ripped my eyes out and hit him over the head with a brick that materialized in my hand. I was then fired and sent directly to jail with no trial and no eyeballs.

the drive thru dreams are the worst, but i usually sit up in confusion that someone needs their order taken at the register (my family says i sleep with my eyes halfway open so my room becomes the cafe??)

When I started at my first store I had a dream that I kept trying to make caramel macchiatos but whenever I poured the shots on top they would mysteriously appear at the bottom of the drink instead and in the dream I cried

my work dreams usually follow the same formula. i’m all alone on the floor and all of the customers and my coworkers are staring at me and they’re all mad at me for not being able to keep up lol. apparently one time i did say “oh i’m so sorry! did you want that warmed up?” in my sleep before lmao

One time i was asked by a new guy what a skinny latte had and i heard skinny vanilla and then later I realized it was wrong bc I was on bar and the customer said it was sweet. We were in such a rush i never got the chance to tell the new guy. Fast forward to the night my sister said when i woke up suddenly i said “wait vanillla” in my sleep

I left the Siren in March but recently had a dream I was working at Starbucks but I was working with the cast of Schitt's Creek and a few random tiktok creators. I have Starbucks dreams quite often but I think that one was the craziest.

had a dream that came to life!!

was training some new partners on front and food since it was busy on bar, was asked to go on drive thru, and the person at the window had been waiting for 30 MINUTES!!!!

true nightmare material. lots of screaming happened. not fun for poor me.

i mainly have just faint sounds of the ovens beeping and stickers being dispensed. ESPECIALLY stickers being dispensed. or shots being pulled too..
