She does it often and it's so frustrating! I have a sleep disorder and mornings are so rough for me. I've been written up for bad performance in the morning even though I have a medical condition and my availability is set for 2pm onward. Is she allowed to do this??? I told her if *absolutely* necessary, I can work one maybe two hours ahead of that with 12pm being my cutoff and I've been scheduled for two 9am shifts and I think it's bullshit.

I’m unsure what the rule is on this, but talk to your DM and switch stores maybe. That sounds rough and I hope things get better for you!

Officially yes. Apparently availability is a “recommendation” not an absolute. It’s super dumb but if you have a medical condition then you could try to get official accommodations.
Your medical condition does officially matter if it’s not officially on the books and stuff unfortunately. Just saying you have X doesn’t give you a “right” but if you get an accommodation then it does. I’m not sure if you could but it’s worth a shot !
