When I sequence I do it in that order, steam milk, queue my shots and get the syrup in the cup. Having multiple bar drinks I’ll steam the milk for the second drink if it’s a hot drink while the shots for the first drink are finishing up and then queue the shots for the second while i finish the first, with connecting with costumers in the lobby I still struggle with that but if there several ppl waiting for their drinks I’ll call out letting them know I’m finishing up their drink and, so and so will be done next kinda thing… hopefully this makes sense and I was able to help a bit
