my store is literally falling apart and i don’t know whether to stay or jump ship too. for context, the SM decided to randomly quit one day with no notice. they just simply stopped showing up. a bunch of shift leads and so many more people quit immediately after and now every shift has like 2 actual employees and everyone else is filling in from a different store. we’re so understaffed it’s starting to really stress me out. is this happening at other stores too?
