It’s finally happened folks. After 8 months of being here, I finally had someone complain that I wouldn’t do something that another one apparently did. I was on drive-thru and the lady came up and said she forgot to say she had her personal cup. I inform her that unfortunately we can’t take the cup through the drive thru because of safety reasons but we could still give her the discount and she rolled her eyes and said, “You all are always so different. The other ones do it for me all the time.” to which I told her, “Yeah, I can’t speak for the other stores, but I’ve been told not to take them from the drive thru because of safety concerns.

I’m honestly still just surprised it took me this long to have one of these stories.
