We have been out of Venti cold cups for three days. We have to put everything in Trentas even though we know it's not allowed for espresso drinks, frappuccino, etc,etc.

We finally shut down mobile orders today to stop some of the chaos. We have been explaining to people when they order that their Venti drink will not be full because it is coming in a Trenta cup. When they get to the window they still complain or act confused/angry. We started explaining to them when they order *and* when they get their drink and they are still confused/angry. It's been really stressful. We've been using the measuring cups to try to stay consistent but it's been difficult. Not to mention people have been sick and we haven't had enough people on shift even with mobile orders turned off today 🥲 anyways
