I have someone like this at my store. English isn't her first language so she gets flustered every time she orders and she just jumbles out words, but after figuring it out the first time she came through we know she just gets a caramel frappuccino. She just points to what size cup she wants.

I have one that only likes his coffee when I personally make it because he doesn’t order it the way he wants it. The order: grande pike in a venti cup w/4 Splenda and filled to the top w/whole milk. Someone must have told him to ask for it as a venti for pricing but I’m the only one who puts enough milk in it.
