Hey congratulations! Don’t stress too much. I promise it’ll be okay. I was in the same boat about a year and a half ago when I did my interview. Try to walk in there confidently and think about some of the questions they might ask in advance. The questions will probably be along the lines of: why do you want to work here? What would you do if a customer was unhappy (i.e. de-escalating the situation)? How would you handle a coworker not following standards? etc. Also something i did in my interview is casually slip in Sbux’s mission statement—“To inspire and nurture the human spirit. One person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time.” This can help them see you’re really interested. Hope this helps some
