Thinking of transferring stores (self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Lonely_Panda_7252
I understand work is work but when you do not vibe with any of your coworkers and feel that the work environment is very cliquey you’d want to leave too. The stores cares more about drivethru time then actually training their baristas. I’m s frustrating. I feel alone at my store

Sadly I get what you mean, I noticed it alot with my store after about a month of bŕeing there. And now that I'm temporary ar another store while mine is being updated I'm seeing just how toxic the environment was. As long as your putting your own mental health first so you feel like you can work well and give your coworkers and customers a postive vibe I would said transfer.
