Anyone ever used shots to make weird custom drinks? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I have a tea shop and a bomb taco place near my house. Was thinking about doing a horchata latte (there may be a name for this already?) or adding espresso to bubble tea. Anyone have any cool ideas they’ve turned into a latte? I get sick of regular milk lattes lol
