We keep ours in pitchers on a shelf above the counter. It’s a pain bringing them up and down but keeping them in the fridge sounds so much worse, that sucks!!

What a waste of fridge space! Our backups are in a cabinet, ones being used are on a shelf by cold bev.

Out on the counter. I can't imagine having to put it back every time with how many damn strawberry acais our store produces omg.

Thanks for all the responses. My team claims to keep them in the fridge because of "flies". Which... wouldn't be a problem if they constantly cleaned like they're supposed to 🙄

backups go under cold bar fridge, but our shelf on top only has room for the three iced teas and two refresher bases so we put the pineapple in the fridge and mark it for a week.

We keep ours in those caddy/urn~ 12L? (I always forget what they’re called) on the counter. Prepped refreshers are in the BOH.

both. boxes in the fridge and we use tea pitchers that dispense on a shelf above the cold bar area. pretty convenient. our sm even bought these large 2L containers that dispense for strawberry and lemonade because they run out so often in the tiny little tea pitchers

We keep them on the self with the teas but when we close we put them in the fridge.

My store doesn't have counter or shelf space to keep em so we have them in the cold bar fridge too

We keep them on a shelf during the day while we’re working, but the closers put them in the fridge at night to keep the fruit flies off them at night. We do everything we can to keep them away but they just keep popping up 😢
