Does anyone know where I can file a complaint against a manager for being emotionally and verbally abusive?

Long story short, the first manager at my store was insane; She was constantly worried about customer connection (For example, she would walk into the store, walk back outside, and walk in as many times as it takes to get every partner in the store to say good morning to her despite how many customers we have at that time). She was consistently putting employees down by invalidating their feelings (Blamed SSV's for not finding a way to work around not having enough people on the floor despite their complaints that scheduling 2 people on the floor during peak is not enough). She even accused an SSV of sexually harassing another partner when said partner did no such thing and was very sad when said SSV left our store. Sometimes even physically abused us (Poured hot water on people's shoes to "test" if they can really withstand heat). Furthermore, she knew she didn't have enough people to work at our store but I really needed to transfer for my mental health; I had someone willing to accept me as a partner in their store, but she rescinded the offer by reason that my manager had emailed her sabotaging information about me that was completely false.

Since then, she's left our store to the next closest store and we've had a new manager, but the way she left things has not been repairable as much as our new manager tries. It might be too late to report her but it bothers me everyday that another store has to suffer because of her.

Is there any way to report this?
