At the window yesterday and had a gal pull up after having a hard time hearing her through the box (but we finally got it). She was very frustrated we were repeating her order back to get it right and was very peeved when she got to me.

She had the app up and asked what she "needed to scan". So I assumed she was talking about either stars or payment and started explaining that I just had to scan the card she wanted to use and I could see what stars she had to use. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said, "that's not what I'm talking about."

Me: "What was your initial question?"

Her: "Nevermind" *hand wave*

Me: "okay" *standing there awkwardly while she plays with her app*

She then hands me her CC and angrily says "I just wanted to reload my card but you were obsessed with using my stars!"

Me: "Do you want me to reload your app now? It's pretty easy through my system in store."

Her: "I know it is! That's why I asked! No! I'm fine!"

Me: "OK.. here's your drinks, have a GREAT day!!"

looks at drive time... beats head against wall because it is now ruined
