Hi! This is my first big seasonal launch with sb and I’m wondering how busy it usually gets for psl launch. Thanks! For reference I’m in a college town and my store is cafe and drive thru.

Busy but like the other person said, definitely not as bad as the holiday launch. Oh lord. Last years holiday launch was my first and I wanted to cry lmao. Fall isn’t that bad. The day we launched last year was honestly pretty chill most people didn’t even know we launched the pumpkin yet til a day or two later

Super busy for my store, but I work on a college campus and school just got back in session, so that's probably why ours might be so much busier. The hype around it this year seems more severe than last year though, even as far as people calling to ask if we have it yet. Hopefully your store will be adequately staffed for the amount of business you'll be doing today.

Not as busy as holiday launch, but busy. Last year we did over 25% more in sales than the Tuesday before.
