Hello. I am a new barista and I am wondering what does PPV stand for and what is it specifically for? I am scheduled for a 45 min PPV with my SM and i have no idea what it is. What should i expect so i can be prepared for it. Any tips or guidelines? Thank you for taking time to responde.

It's a personal growth plan thing, I forgot the correct term but you talk about what stage you are in. Owning, and two more but anyway it's nothing bad just if you need to work on anything, if you are ready to be a trainer or go higher

others have covered what it entails; as far as what it stands for, you may have misheard slightly. if we’re talking about the same thing, it’s officially called a PDC - short for Performance & Development Conversation. and during your PDC, your SM may have you fill out a PDP - a Partner Development Plan
