The pumpkin always counts as a full pump. You should have a separate pumpkin pump, or at least a labeled gauging collar to assemble the pump handle. It uses the same nozzle as white mocha and one pump should have a little less than one pump of white mocha.

This. All of the recipes are measured considering pumpkin as full - so the frap is 1/2/2, the latte is 2/3/4/5/6, the foam is 2 full pumps

If pumpkin is added to another beverage, it should be used as a full pump - so use half the amount for a shaken espresso, full amount for a flat white

Full pumps on hot bar, half on cold bar. Only 2 pumps in cold foam

Right. I’m pretty sure this is the same with all syrups and sauces, if I’m not mistaken.

Yeah, it is. I think not everyone was originally taught that?

Is it 2 half pumps (1 full pump) for foam?

Pretty sure it's full pumps, but check the recipe cards to be sure

Lattes get 2/3/4/5/6 (short through venti ice)
Cold foam gets 2 pumps in the sweet cream
Frappes get 1/2/2

There is a special piece that goes into the pumpkin pump. It's not the same as mocha or white mocha.
