Log into starbucks.com in a web browser, click account, then personal info, scroll to the bottom and there’s a link to enter your partner number
Make sure you also add your partner card to your app so you get your extra stars - log into My Partner Info and click “partner card” on the left side

You just have to do it on a computer through the app.
