Are you talking about using one of the sparkling waters and charging for just pumps of raspberry (or whatever) for them to combine? Yeah, technically we can't charge for only drink components. That info was released years ago when people tried to start doing matcha waters for $0.55 or whatever, and then fruit inclusion waters for similar. But this specific use of it strikes me as not what that policy was intended to police. They're paying for the water, and paying for what they want added to it. I'd do it for them.

Or is that not what you were talking about at all? Not sure how else we'd make an Italian soda though.
