Some woman came in at 6am today and got so upset over the fact we didn't have double smoked. She immediately started to blame us for not having it. That we weren't ordering it. When we have been, we just haven't been getting it in our deliveries. And she started saying "starbucks has eggs and bacon youcan make it back there" and all that stuff. It was pretty entertaining because my shift on duty was the one who dealt with her. We told her to prevent wasting her time, she could call ahead and see if we had any and she said, "no ishouldnt have to. You should have it." then my shift just left her be, to ramble.

Lmao she said no she shouldnt have to call and that u guys should have it. So she thinks shes the main character in this world and no matter the time of day, she would probably feel like she shouldnt have to call even if it was mid-day and for u guys not to sell it to paying customers who come before her. Lol so supply issues and shortages cant happen because this one specific lady thinks that we should just simply be stocked on whatever specific item she wants? Lol people continue to amaze me every single day

Yeah I mean I just don't understand why they think that they're the only ones that are going to go in and always be able to get the product that they want. Just like they went to Starbucks because they wanted to get stuff from there, other people want to do just the same so sometimes the place of business is going to be out of the product that a person wants and getting angry at the employees is foolish

DTO: “Hi welcome to Starbucks! What can we get for you?!”
Cust: “Uhhhh… I’ll take a double smoked bacon.”
DTO: “Oh i’m so sorry! We actually didn’t get any in our order.”
Cust: “Well why not?”
DTO: “Uh, i don’t know, but i have all my other sandwiches.” (she lists them)
Cust. “Uhhhhhhh… Yeah i’ll just take a double smoked.”
DTO: “Once again, we don’t have any, i have everything but the double smoked.”
Cust: “Why don’t you have it 😡”
DTO: I don’t know. I’m sorry. Would you like a ham and swiss croissant?”
*minute long pause*
Cust: “Nah. I’ll just take a double smoked, thanks”
HE DRIVES TO THE WINDOW AND GETS MAD WHEN SHE TELLS HIM NO. like what the- why 😭😭😭
