I have worked at both. Switch to a corporate. It’s the best thing I’ve done for my mental health and honestly my sanity. We would have to do eight and a half hour shifts all alone and no be able to take our breaks bc of no coverage. It’s not a problem at real Starbucks and if anything your more qualified. It is a bit of a change tho.

kroger starbucks screwed me hard. dont let them screw you. if a barista is what you want to continue to be, go work at a corporate store. you wont regret it

I work and manage a Kroger store right now and yeah, I've thought about making the big switch before... I dont know if it's worth it to move and go back down to a regular barista or stay and work until I'm here for two years (almost at 1 year).
