I got a call from my manager yesterday asking me why i quit. Which confused me since I never quit or said anything to anyone about wanting to quit. Apparently he got an email about me choosing to quit and everything had already been done. I’m totally removed from the system - I wasn’t fired and I never quit. Has anyone else experienced this ‘partner hub error’ or is someone out to get me lol

Even if you did quit, sick time is gained back when you have a short employment gap at Starbucks (I don’t know the exact time frame)

Contact ethics and compliance? If the email didn't come from your email and the conversation wasn't with you, you gave no verbal or written notice to your SM or DM then this needs to be reported and investigated as to how that even happened.

Exactly, this sounds sketchy I’m sure someone tried writing it on your behalf. I won’t consider it a “glitch”. It needs to be looked into for sure.

I mean there’s got to be a way to get to the bottom of this? Ask everyone of your shifts, ASM, and SM if they ever had the impression you were quitting. Ask DM who the email/what email address was sent from. Give them all your personal email so this doesn’t happen again. Don’t just let this get away as a fluke, someone might be being weird to you.
