I’m brewing Casi Cielo as a cold brew and would love some suggestions on what to pair it with! I’m open to doing something outside of the Starbucks pastry case to pair it with, or something in the case, but I’m stumped 😅
This will be shared with a large group from my store, including my SM, and also my first time setting up a tasting, so I want it to be a GOOD pairing!
(It won’t be a sit down/tell a story tasting, just as we have time throughout the day)

Make a dark chocolate lemon cake, cheesecake, or lemon icing brownie of some kind. Avoid chunks of hard chocolate. That's only good with hot coffee.
