what is it about mobile orders that make people so crazy?
This one lady is ALWAYS horrible to us. She places her order BEFORE she gets to the window. As in five minutes before. Sometimes one minute. Instead of ordering at the box.
Because the person ahead of her took a bit, she didnt even roll down her window until i had the drink in my hand. As in would not speak to me until i had her drink. Then SNATCHED it out of my hand. I wanted to quit on the spot. I know its not personal but holy shit.

I know we can "ban" people from our stores if something serious happen or if they disturb for like 3 times. But can we do that on mobile ?
