Hey! Just looking for tips for a Coffee tasting I'll be doing, I'll be using the Casi Cielo Guatemala Antigua blend for the tasting and was thinking of pairing lemon slices and chocolate covered orange slices.

Find the Coffee Fact Sheet for it on the Partner Hub or the iPad, that has a lot of useful info like origin, tasting notes, history and such!

Have fun! Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Their opinion of the coffee is not a reflection of you. Take your sweet time with a pour over or just do French press.
Haven’t enjoyed Casi yet, but I’ve got a date with Casi at 6am tomorrow. 🤎☕️

Definitely have fun with it and try a bunch of stuff! Chocolate and orange are both great ideas. You could try a few different kinds of nuts, dried or candied fruits/fruit peels are always interesting, graham crackers, or even something with flavors that go in the opposite direction like toasted sourdough bread with butter or mellow veggie chips just to see how they play with the notes in the coffee :) a coffee tasting with some out of the box pairings is always a fun time :) best of luck friend!
