I’m sorry… but some tips that may help.
1. Keep work ONLY at work. Try to train yourself not to think about it when you’re off. Your job is just a place to get money and work based off your values.
2. Try and get 7 - 8 of sleep every night. Drink plenty of water. Be active. (I’m a completely different person implementing this.)
3. When you find yourself thinking about the negative thing… think about the positive. There’s always a brighter outlook it’s just a matter of what side you choose to pay attention more that determines your perspective in life.
If you don’t like a result in life - you’ve got to do something about it because every action and how you react to situations will ultimately lead to the end result. If you don’t like the end result - that’s a big sign to start making some changes. Good luck with everything.

(I left last year but hopefully it’s still a thing) - do you use the Lyra therapy benefits? I had a really great experience getting help through that platform.
Also if possible maybe adjust your schedule to something that’s less overwhelming. Talk to your manager and tell them you’re struggling with needing more time to care for your mental health. Two days off per week together like Tuesday and Wednesday, or Thursday and Friday etc… ask if you could temporarily change your availability. In my pervious job before Starbucks our manager told us he schedules all FTers with two consecutive days off for mental health purposes. I think it helped.
