I get so annoyed when customers ask this or they pick up a drink that has a totally different name and say it's not their order. Today I had a man ask me which was his as if I knew his name and order. Like come on just read the label. If the name and friend m match your name and what you ordered, ITS YOURS

i respect ppl not wanting to touch all the cups tho. especially because some of my coworkers refuse to turn the cup around to the customers…

no i'm meaning when I call out a name for cafe and there are only like 3 drinks there all with the labels facing the customer. I understand with mobiles but with the cafe orders....

The back and forth of 'is this mine?' -no, that's a late for Kristen, you ordered an iced tea right? 'ya for Donna. So this isn't mine?' -no, that's Kristen's, I've got your iced tea sticker right here. 'okay, well how long will it be?' -I'm making it right now *hands off drink* 'so this one's mine?' -yes, that's the iced tea for Donna. 'well I ordered a sandwich too'... 🙃 Does it look like I'm making food??? 🙃
