Mastrena 2 won’t stop steaming! Help (self.starbucksbaristas)

We don’t know what’s wrong with it, but one of our espresso machines has steam coming out the wand with light pressure even when it’s set to off. If we try using the steam wand normally, it doesn’t steam any harder than the light pressure. Anyone ever seen this before?

Ours sometimes gets stuck and won't turn off, we have to wiggle it a bit so it stays in the correct off position otherwise it keeps steaming. It sounds like something similar happened to yours, but full on broke. Hopefully you have a smooth shift today, and it gets fixed soon!
