For the partners that use the Lyft to work credit, is anybody else’s not load on their account for this month yet? I’m trying to schedule my ride to work and it’s showing up.

Yeah you’ll have to call the partner line. The phone rep told me that other people have been calling about the same problem.
So when you do call, get them to escalate the situation and get a ticket number if the Lyft passes haven’t loaded by your next shift.
My next shift is Saturday morning at 5:00AM.

My passes just appeared in the Lyft app. Make sure the app is updated in your phone.

It’s a $20 credit towards a Lyft ride either to or from work between the hours of 6pm-6am. You get 20 rides per month.

I’m trying to get it to load now. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. And nothing is working. I hope that when I call the Partner line, they may actually know what I am talking about.

Yes, eventually. I had to go back and forth with them on the phone.
