Same thing happening at my store. I get that it’s nice not to have a lunch since lunches are unpaid but also working 5.75 hours with only a ten min break is ridiculous and makes me feel like keeling over. They ruin me for the rest of the day. It’s Starbucks trying to streamline their profits or some other BS

The rise of 4.75hr shifts (5hrs is when we get a lunch half) is ridiculous here. The only ones getting full shifts at my store are the supervisors that have been there for years

yes but my store is currently being remodeled so i’m at a different location so thats why :/

the worst thing is when im a closer and sometimes we stay over scheduled time and it ends up being over 6 hrs with only the one 10 smh
