I’m a psychology major at a different university but in regards to picking, if you want to go into forensics and such, pick that one. Psychology is so broad and I honestly wish I had an option to narrow it.

My coworker is doing forensics. He thinks it’s okay but he can’t really do hands-on stuff you would in a in person school setting. For psychology, I imagine it to be a bit easier regarding that issue but I’m not 100% sure. My cousin (psychology major) had experience by doing small projects encouraged by her university for psychology. She had a job straight out of school waiting for her. All she needs is her masters which the job is helping her pay for. A friend of mine (also psychology major) just took the classes and her university (a different one) never encouraged anything beyond it besides on what she wanted to do. She currently graduated without a job lined up for her, so she works at a restaurant. It really does depend. I’d look into the classes and what they offer to prepare you. Arizona State is great for some majors and not so much for others.
