it’s not just you! i remember being so happy last holiday season when the majority of drinks were espresso bar instead of cold bar, even in the afternoons

i do in the mornings but come 11am the cold bar drinks still take over 😅 from that point on it's painful because we only have one pumpkin pump for all of the bars to share

Honestly anything that cuts into shaken espressos is A-OK in my book. Those things are a nightmare to sequence properly

I like it too! It means we’re gonna get slower finally

I like hot bar better but I hated making pumpkin cold foam there’s just two many different cold foams.
