I just learned my store receives a "third place" investment on account of our location and incidents of having our third place violated by visitors of a certain demographic. I had never heard this term before, but it makes sense. However it also makes me question all our stats like OTW times, etc, because apparently we have a lot of extra staffing?

Any thoughts or experiences regarding being a store deemed worthy of this "third place investment"? Any horror stories? We regularly have people lock up in the bathroom to do drugs, which I imagine is pretty par for the course.
