You currently don’t have coverage because the benefits you enrolled in during the August enrollment period will start on October 1. You should have received a confirmation email saying as much.
Plenty of reference materials are also available - check https://www.starbucksbenefits.com/en-us/home/resources/. You can also log into partner hub (on a work or personal device) and search “benefits plan description” for more detailed stuff

I would try to find your confirmation of enrollment if there is one or like the policy documents/contribution/payments. The thing is, your CURRENT enrollment period is what is displayed on the homepage. The period that we just enrolled in doesn't start until October 1st, so it would make sense to not see it up front.
