Is it up to the specific manager to decide how much sick pay to pay you out before you leave? I’m getting ready to quit and I wanted to ask if I could get my sick pay but I have like 88 hours saved up and idk the policy.

The company-wide policy is that vacation time is paid out when you leave the company, but sick time is lost.
