Most of the info is at https://starbucks.asu.edu/faq
The list of degree programs is at https://starbucks.asu.edu/starbucks-asu-degree-list - there are more than 100, but not all of ASU’s majors are available.
The SCAP is no longer a reimbursement. It’s now 100% tuition coverage up front. Your only expenses for classes are books, equipment, and some fees that aren’t covered, like lab fees (you may or may not have any of those). A portion of your tuition coverage is taxed if it exceeds $5250 in a calendar year; details of that are also in the FAQ link.
(If you apply, make sure you use the application for Starbucks partners linked at https://starbucks.asu.edu/ - not the regular ASU online application.)
