i’m going to check the official recipe when i go in later today, but how do y’all make salted caramel cold foam? do you use 2 cold bar pumps or 2 full pumps? my store is divided 😭

that’s how i’ve been making it, but my new store has been training people to use 2 full pumps 😭😭 the first time i saw a barista make it i just stood there and questioned everything i had ever been told

The new updated training for new baristas accidentally has this recipe. We checked the newest to date recipe card, and it still says 2 cold bar pumps.

I thought the training says two pumps pumpkin-there’s only one type of pumpkin pump so I’m not sure if half/full applies here. Oof, so confusing

Maybe it’s the cold foam then that’s the cold bar recipe. Not too sure where on bar the actual cold brew would land.

We don't have cold bar pumps, so we have interpreted this as just two pumps. (Kiosk, not full store). If it is cold bar pumps, it should be 1 pump for us, which would probably be good to know.
