284, I'll hit my 3 year mark in December, and i decided I'm making this my last holiday season. I'm fucking done. My SM gaslights and lies, doesn't communicate, and doesn't acknowledge a lot of people in the store, and refuses to listen to people. I might've been able to stick it out for a few more years for the insurance until I got through my degree, but no. My ASM is gonna quit, she's the one that cares about us and fights for us and LISTENS. I know at least one other barista will quit if one of us leaves, so I hope this store goes through hell. I like most of the other baristas, but my SM has ruined it with her playing favorites with shift leads and her dismissal of our ASM. I hope more people quit.

Im a 285, getting my associates in December im applying to my preferred airline as a flight attendant and leaving this place as soon as the next application opens up. Starbucks isn’t the same anymore & I can’t keep doing it

I only work at my store a couple times before the pandemic hit I just remember the atmosphere being much better all my co workers were genuinely happy. Now we all complain and our manager never schedules right so it’s terrible.
